The Binghamton Police Department is currently seeking the public’s help to find the person or persons responsible for the following crimes or information to the whereabouts of the following missing persons. Although some of the cases are more than 10 years old, detectives are still looking for leads and are interested in talking to anyone with information.

UNSOLVED HOMICIDE
On 12/9/2012 at 3:35 am, Binghamton Police were dispatched to the area of Chapin Street located on the city west side on a “shots fired” call. Uniformed officers responded and located a blood trail that led them to a Gerard Avenue backyard. There officers found 38 year old Daniel M. Miley lying face down. Miley was transported to Wilson Hospital Emergency Room where he underwent emergency medical treatment. On 12/20/2012, Miley died from complications sustained from the gunshot wound. Miley's death has been ruled a homicide. Please refer to case #2012-38893.

UNSOLVED HOMICIDE
On 6/20/2010 at approximately 12:22 am, Binghamton Police were dispatched to 12 Webster Court located on the city south side on a “shots fired” call. Uniformed officers responded and located the body of Darnell B. Fields, AKA: Bobby Womack, lying in the hallway outside his apartment door. Fields was shot several times and his death has been ruled a homicide. Please refer to case #2010-14220.

UNSOLVED HOMICIDE
On 3/22/2009, Keisha Roman was reported missing from her Oak Street residence in the City of Binghamton. On 9/21/2009, Keisha’s skeletal remains were discovered in a rural area off of Harmony Road in Susquehanna County, Pennsylvania. Pennsylvania State Police are now the lead investigative agency and Keisha’s death has been ruled a homicide. Please refer to case #2009-10024.

UNSOLVED HOMICIDE
On 7/3/2005 at 4:03 am, a Binghamton Police Officer came upon a large disturbance taking place in the area of 36 Main Street in the City of Binghamton. The disturbance involved approximately 20 people. Kri-Shon Ross, AKA Tugga, was discovered lying in the roadway and had been stabbed. Emergency medical personnel responded and transported Ross to an area hospital where he died of his wounds. Ross’s death has been ruled a homicide. Please refer to case #2005-18302.

On 9/1/2001 at 11:26 pm, Thomas Ruiz was found lying on the sidewalk in the area of Conklin Avenue and Gates Street in the City of Binghamton. Ruiz had sustained injuries consistent with being struck in the head. Ruiz's death has been ruled a homicide. Please refer to case #2001-25920.

FATAL MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT
On 10/30/2011 at 10:19 pm, Binghamton Police were dispatched to the intersection of Murray Street and Main Street where Roger E. Nelson was found deceased. Investigation determined that Nelson was struck by a vehicle while walking in the roadway. It is believed that the vehicle that struck Nelson may have been a Cadillac SRX. Please refer to case #2011-34391.

FATAL MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT
On 1/3/2010 at 2:33 am, Christopher Lewis was struck by a vehicle in the area of 161 Main Street in the City of Binghamton. He was transported to an area hospital where he died from his wounds. It is believed that the vehicle that struck Lewis may be an Acura Integra or similar vehicle. Please refer to case #2010-0228.
