The ZBA is a five-member board of City residents responsible for the review of variances and appeals related to the Zoning Code.

Members

In accordance with Chapter 410, Article XIV of the Code of the City of Binghamton, the Zoning Board of Appeals is composed of five members appointed by the Mayor of the City of Binghamton. This five-member board comprised of local community members. Three members constitute a quorum.
